Starting at $850

Comprehensive Estate Planning Package

  • Last Will and Testament

  • Durable Power of Attorney

  • Health Care Proxy

  • Living Will / Advance Directive

Starting at $1,250

Trust-Based Planning

Includes:

  • Revocable or Irrevocable trusts

  • Funding Guidance

  • And Coordinated Estate Documents

Starting at $2,500

Complex or Customized Planning

Billed at an agreed flat fee or hourly rate, depending on scope 

(Business interests, multiple properties, blended families, tax-sensitive planning, or advanced asset-protection strategies.)

Consultation

An initial consultation is required to determine the appropriate scope of work and fee. Any fee arrangement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
